Jane Cook Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2019, at the age of 89, Jane Cook (North Adams, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Bernard; and her brother Robert Belanger. She is survived by: her husband Carl Herman Cook; her children, Linda Gravel (Jay), Gary Cook and John Cook (Mary) of Clarksburg; her grandchildren, Jason Cook, Brian Cook of North Adams, Rebecca (Cook) and LeRoy Johnson of Pittsfield; her sister Carol; and her sister-in-law Eileen Belanger. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.

Memorial Donations may be made to the Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation in care of the funeral home.
