With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ernest Francis Dix Sr. (North Adams, Massachusetts), who passed away on December 8, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John Edward; his brothers, Kenneth and Michael Steven; and his nephew Donald. He is survived by: his mother Theresa Edward (Rondeau); his wife Lisa (Gaffey); his children, Ernest "Butch", Steven, Tammy and Christopher; his grandchildren, Alicia, Tabby, Butchy, Luke, Noah, Haylee, Josh, Sarah, Jordan, Anna-Belle, Steven and Vladimir; his siblings, Geraldine Hyde (David), Cynthia Candiloro (Mark Braman) and John "Jack" (Donald); his great grandchildren, Novalyn, Benjamin, Bellamy, Harrison, Luna, Kynlee, Griffin and Lincoln; and his sisters-in-law, Barb and Kathy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Memorial donations are suggested for the Clarksburg Volunteer Fire Co. through the funeral home.
