He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Goodell and Delores Goodell (Kienzle); and his siblings, Stephen, Richard and Kathleen O'Dell.
He is survived by: his wife Donna (Flagg); his sons, Keith Goodell (Barbara) of San Antonio and Daniel, Jr. Goodell (Kimberly) of Clarksburg; his siblings, Wayne, Douglas Goodell (Andrea) of North Adams and Judith Girard of North Adams; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Jessica, Stephen, Cameron, Sydney, Gavin, Gebryela and Geryn; and his great grandchildren, Madyson, Alyssa, Matthew, Bionca, Kegan, Bennett, Willow, Eliza and Benjamin.
Donations may be made to Fisher House at the Stratton VA in care of the funeral home.
