She was predeceased by: her parents, John M. and Mary R. Welle (Bianco); and her brother Fran Welle of Port Townsend, WA.. She is survived by: her former husband David McNeil of Cortland, OH; her sons, Brian McNeil of North Adams, MA and Scott McNeil (Jaime); and her granddaughters, Madeline and Sadie McNeil of Somers, CT.. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces/nephews, and friends.
