He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Flinn. He is survived by: his wife Celine M. Flinn (Brennan); his sons, Brian L. Flinn (Kathy), Timothy M. Flinn (Angélica), Gregory S. Flinn (Wendy) and Tom J. Flinn IV (Kate); his grandchildren, Norah C., Madeline K., Aiden B., Sebastián T., Connor R., Delaney K., Liam T. and Reese K.; and his siblings, John Flinn of East Dennis, Mary Cunningham of Needham, Joanne Ewing of Portland, OR, Christopher Flinn of Dedham, Robert Flinn of Walpole, Janice Powers of Charlestown and Peter Flinn. He is also survived by cousins, and many nieces and nephews.
