She was predeceased by: her husband Glenn Tufo. She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Tufo (Larkin Tufo) and Micaela Perdue (Timmy Perdue); her grandchildren, Brandon, Tyler Pegram and Ryder Perdue; her stepgranddaughter Madison Perdue; her brother Scott Long; and also, Kasen Rain, Tammy Griffith (Larry Griffith) and Liam Griffith.
A memorial service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Main Street United Methodist Church (306 S Main St, Kernersville, NC 27284).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Sandy's honor to Main Street United Methodist Church, 306 S Main Street, Kernersville, NC 27284. In keeping with their generous and selfless spirit, Sandy and her family chose to further research and education by donating her body to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
