She was predeceased by: her husband Paul L. McGuinness; and her brother Felix Glovasky Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, William Glovasky of Norfolk, Patricia Glovasky of Waltham, Robert Glovasky of Waltham and Walter Glovasky of Ashland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made in Phyllis memory to St. Jude Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl.
