Zinaida Sverdlova Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2025, at the age of 98, Zinaida Sverdlova in Newton, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Zinaida is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Zinaida's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hannah and Veinstock; and her spouse Itzhak Sverdlov. She is survived by: her son Yakov Sverdlov (Svetlana); and her grandchildren, Masha Sverdlov, Deanna Sverdlov, Yury Popov, Misha, Alena and David Sverdlov. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Stanetsky Memorial Chapel (1668 Beacon St, Brookline, MA 02445).
