She was predeceased by: her husband Herman Bornstein; and her sibling Sidney Goldstein. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Bornstein and Joseph Bornstein (Eileen); and her siblings, Helen Levin and Steven Goldstein. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
