He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Maguire and Maryellen Maguire (Kelley); and his sibling Thomas P. Maguire. He is survived by: his wife Janet (Rokit); and his siblings, Michael Maguire of Great Barrington, Margaret Fox, Eleanor Mahoney and George E. Maguire. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as wonderful friends and in-laws.
