It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rika Caroline Spungin of Newton, Massachusetts, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on April 12, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sarfaty and Caroline Sarfaty; and her siblings, Stella and Isaac (Nathan). She is survived by: her children, Bennet, Carolyn and Cindy; and her grandchildren, Yakov, Dina, Talia and Hillel.
