She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Stacy Landau of Needham; her grandchildren, Hillary Sieber (Adam Russman) of Arlington, Jennifer Sieber (Eric Gruebel) of Cambridge, Nicole Saylor (Duncan Johnson) of Boston, Josh Saylor of Needham and Michelle Saylor (Dan Klein) of Somerville; her sister Adrienne Hirschfeld of Palm Desert, California.; her parents, Shirley Unterman Shafran and Joseph Shafran of Brooklyn; and her husband Sheldon.
Even the pandemic and quarantine barely slowed down her social calendar, which shifted to Zoom, including her three different monthly book group meetings.
