While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sara Idelson and Edward Idelson; his siblings, Daniel Idelson and Elinor Singer; and his wife Paulette.
Martin pursued scientific experimentation and invention at home, gaining a patent of his own and collaborating with researchers to address challenges raised by the Covid-19 pandemic.
