It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marquis Anthony Lockett Sr. (Newton, Massachusetts), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on September 11, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Cassandra Lockett; his children, Marquis Lockett of Hyde Park, MA and Gabrielle Lockett of Dover, MA; his parents, Dave Campbell and Ernestine Campbell of West Covina, CA; his uncle Wallace McMichael (Joyce) of Chester, VA; and his aunt Gloria Billingslea of West Seneca, NY.

In lieu of flowers, scholarship donations are requested in memory of Mark Lockett to the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Charitable Arm of the Epsilon Gamma Lambda chapter, the Edward W. Brooke, III Educational Foundation.
