He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Bernheimer; his children, Beth Harrington (Mike) and Jonathan Bernheimer (Ingrid); his siblings, Walter Bernheimer (Roz), Robert Bernheimer (Nancy) and Susie Steinberg (Mike); and his grandchildren, Caroline Reynolds (Graham), Molly, Megan, Kerry, Mark Harrington, Maya and Anya Bernheimer.
