He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara O'Connell (Cuneo); his children, Barbara McTigue, John J. O'Connell, III, Kathleen M. O'Connell-Salisbury and Mary T. O'Connell; his grandchildren, Kathleen Reilly and Thomas McTigue, IV; his great grandchildren, Keira, Jack Reilly and Thomas McTigue; his father John J. O'Connell; his siblings, Harold, Robert, Roberta, Catherine, Dennis, James, Stephen, Daniel, Arthur and Gerald; and his brother-in-law John Cuneo. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
