He was predeceased by: his wife Ella Bloom (Bootin); and his brother Stanley Bloom (Arlene). He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Bloom (Frances Goldstein) and Shelah Bloom; his stepchildren, Arnee Winshall (Walter), Janice Goldstein (Stanley) and Julie Tolkin; his grandchildren, Jacob Bloom, Hasan, Rehan Bhatti, Sarah, Aaron Winshall, Aaron Goldstein (Jessica), Louis Goldstein (Melissa), Joshua Goldstein (Traci), Aaron Tolkin (Dena), Corey Tolkin, Danielle Tolkin and Samuel Tolkin (Jackie); his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Alexandra, Isaac, Oliver Tolkin, Ethan, Zachary, Lev and Cameron Goldstein; his niece Valerie Bloomberg (Mark); and his nephew Evan Bloom (Susan).
