She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Gerry Kennedy of Peaks Island, ME; and her brother Charles Merrill. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly McDonald (Michael) and Christie Wyman (Francis); her grandchild Adreck McDonald (Katy); and her great grandchildren, Samuel, Callum, Anylah and Lee. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and many dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Episcopal Church (76 Eldredge St, Newton, MA 02458).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donating in Jean's memory to the Weston METCO Scholarship Fund, as the METCO program was near and dear to her heart from its inception in 1966.
