With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline S. (Amendola) Dangelo (Newton, Massachusetts), who passed away on August 29, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Alfred Amendola and Mary Amendola; her husband Edmund Dangelo; her siblings, Alfred, Anthony, Paul and Joan; and her daughter Dodi Tocci (Doreen).

She is survived by: her children, Julie Ann Cate (Buz) of New Hampshire, Michael (Colleen) of Centerville, Paul, Donnah of Pittsfield, Maria Tocci (Alan) of Waltham and Jacqueline Axford (James) of Boston. She is also survived by thirteen loving grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Instead of sending flowers, the best way to honor Jackie is to donate to her favorite charity which was St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
