He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Leslie Goldman-Lapuck; and his sibling Shirley Laine. He is survived by: his children, Robert Lapuck of Mexico, Susan Berkowitz of Wayland and Debra Saunders of Boca Raton, FL.; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Alex, Ellen, Jackie, Danielle, Stephen and Jennifer; his great grandchildren, Sterling and Kingston; and his sister Sandra Mendelson.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jack's honor to Shriners Hospital for Children Boston and Mass General Cancer Center.
