He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Griffin (Meade) and Michael Griffin; and his brother John Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Pamela McGrath; and his siblings, Margaret Shannon (Robert) of Carver, Catherine Wood (late Bruce) of Quincy, Michael Griffin (Carol) of Cohasset, Patricia Dinjian (Kenneth) of Watertown and Thomas Griffin of Brighton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McNamara Funeral Home (63 Chestnut Hill Ave, Brighton, MA 02135). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Lehman Reen and McNamara Funeral Home (63 Chestnut Hill Ave, Brighton, MA 02135). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Columbkille Church (321 Market St, Brighton, MA 02135).
