We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2023, Daniel MacDonald of Newton, Massachusetts, born in Waltham, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra MacDonald (Boynton); his sons, Wayne Walton (Linda), William MacDonald (Pam) and Joseph MacDonald; his grandchildren, Timothy Walton, Eric Walton, Danielle MacDonald, Billy MacDonald, Jaime MacDonald, Jessica Walton and Dillon Walton; his siblings, Ellen Karsay and Elizabeth'Betty" MacDonald; his friends, Bernie Saulnier and Davey Russo; and his parents, Joseph MacDonald and Anne MacDonald (Sullivan).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Dana Farber Cancer Institute or the American Heart Association, in honor of Daniel's compassionate spirit.
