Channah Berkovits Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Channah Berkovits of Newton, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Naomi (Jonathan Marder), Nathan (Roseli) and Rachel (Michael Miller); her grandchildren, Ruth (Shai), Benjamin (Sapir), David, Tal, Sam (Lottie), Anna (Philipp), Sarah (Michael) and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Ziv, Doron, Yakir, Barkai, Yair, Yannai and Elona.

A shiva was held on Sunday, June 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, on Tuesday, June 25th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Wednesday, June 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, June 27th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Temple Emanuel (385 Ward St, Newton Centre, MA 02459). A burial was held on Tuesday, June 25th 2024 at the Temple Emanuel Memorial Park (497 North St, Randolph, MA 02368).
