She was predeceased by: her parents, Rahim Tavakoli and Molouk Tavakoli; her former spouse Hooshang Foroughi; and her siblings, Akbar, Mohammad Tavakoli and Shahla Tavakoli.
She is survived by: her brothers, Mehrdad and Reza Tavakoli; her former spouse Ali Akbar Dehestani; her children, Faranak Foroughi (Abdol Haghayeghi), Fred Foroughi (Jill Foroughi), Ramin Foroughi (Linda Caporizzo), Ali Dehestani (Melissa) and Amir Dehestani (Jennifer); her stepson Mohammad Dehestani; her grandchildren, Pouneh Poutas (Dan Poutas), Mathew Foroughi (Bethany Foroughi), Jacqueline Foroughi, Stefon Foroughi, Semira Haghayeghi, Montana Foroughi, Emilia Dehestani, Cullen Dehestani and Cameron Dehestani; and her great grandchildren, Cyrus and Arya Poutas. She is also survived by other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
