We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2022, at the age of 99, Arthur Griffin (Newton, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father John Griffin; his wife Eileen Griffin (Cooney); and his siblings, William (Will), Edmond (Ned), Ina, Lena, James (Jim), Brid, John (Jack), Jerome, Gerald and Denis.

He is survived by: his children, Ellen M. Davis (Charlie), Patricia Griffin-Silva (Victor Silva), John K. Griffin (Elaine), Arthur T. Griffin and Sheila A. Griffin; his grandchildren, Regina (Eric), Jonathan (Jess), Ryan, Brenna, Erin, Kaitlin, Matthew, Megan and Devin; his great grandchild Olivia; and his sister Ann Griffin (Ireland) of Dublin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Division 14, Scholarship Fund, PO Box 11, Watertown, MA 02471.
