He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chrysanthos Savvas and Elli Makrides; his wife Maryjane Makrides; his daughters, Victoria (Klaus Hoyer), Veblen and Elizabeth (Benjamin Tarshis); his grandchildren, Paul Green (Jane Malcolm), Gelando Makrides Beltrani, Jack, Charlie and Vivian Makrides Tarshis; his great grandchildren, Lucas and Milo Malcolm Green; and his sister Sylva Bowlby. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
