He was predeceased by: his father Mac Levine. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Bria Levine; his son Alexander Mac Levine; his grandchildren, Ezra Ky Levine, Violet Anne Levine and Gabriel Finn Levine; and his sister Joan Levine Freedman (Margo Bik).
