He was predeceased by: his spouse Phyllis Berk. He is survived by: his children, Judy Berk (David Foley) of Northport, ME and Joanna Berk of Richmond, VT.; his grandchild Sam Berk-Hinckley of Minneapolis, MN.; his parents, Morris Berk and Florence Berk (Brodie); his sister Lois Grayson (Berk); and his nieces and nephews, Shelley Aaron (Tepper), Nancy Shor (Tepper), Shoshana Plotke (Grayson), Miriam Ferris (Grayson), David Grayson, Eliot Goldman, James Goldman and Gary Goldman.
