He was predeceased by: his parents, Mickele Penzo and Rose Penzo; and his siblings, Louis (Anna), Frank (Debbie) and Grace Boyne (Walter).
He is survived by: his siblings, Vincent Penzo (Mary), Mary Torchetti and Roseanne Plath (Tom); his wife Mary J (Kerr); his children, Michael A. (Jeanine), Donna M. (Danny) and William R. (Patricia); his grandchildren, Danielle J. Penzo, Katharine, Adam Wenocur, Michael J. Penzo, Ariel Chu, Ryan, Amy Collette, Lauryn Dickinson, William A. and Angela Penzo; and his great grandchildren, Sean, Claire and Taylor.
