He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Augustus Waters Jr. and Rosamond O'Keefe Waters of Newton Center, MA.. He is survived by: his wife Sonia Esther Torres Waters; his stepchildren, Lawrence, Brigitte, Adrienne and Hariette; and his sisters, Rosamond (Bob Monahan), Eileen (Jim Troy) and Janet (Frank McGowan). He is also survived by His family extends to 17 nieces and nephews and 15 grand nieces and nephews.
