Rose Horowicz Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2018, at the age of 98, Rose Horowicz (Newburyport, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Charles Grant Short, Jr; and her grandchildren, Cathy Petit and Ivan Girard III. She is survived by: her children, Judith Girard of Southport, NC and Robert Short (Kim) of Seabrook; and her grandchildren, Bonnie Hoffman (Jim), Timmothy Short (Nicole), Robert Short (Beth), Keith Short (Arielle), Ian Short (Jackie) and Michael Short. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Horowicz's name to Salvation Army of Newburyport where she volunteered for many years.
