He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert O'Brien and Gertrude O'Brien (Leary). He is survived by: his wife Jolene; his daughters, Katie of Boston and Mary of Newburyport; and his brothers, Robert and John. He is also survived by extended family and many good friends.
