He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur G. Wilkins and Perla Wilkins (Fortin); and his child R. Craig Wilkins. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Wilkins (Jeff Arsenault) of Amesbury; his daughter-in-law Lydia Wilkins (Holden); his granddaughters, Kendra Morey (Cabel) and Kelsey Gilligan (Nick LaScola); and his great grandchildren, Travis, Kimber and Kylie Morey.
