He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline L. Gibbons (Rackley); his sons, Raymond P. Gibbons, Jr. of Braintree, MA, Mark Gibbons (Ana) of Londonderry, NH, Todd Gibbons (Kimellen) of East Kingston, NH and Keith Gibbons (Jennifer) of Methuen, MA.; his grandchildren, Michael Gibbons (Tara), Brian Gibbons (Jenny), Connor Gibbons, Jordyn Gibbons, Trevor Gibbons, Jackson Gibbons and Jacob Gibbons; and his brother Kevin Gibbons of California. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
