She is survived by: her husband John F. Henry; her brother Jack Gaddas of Venice, FL; her wife Diane; her son James Henry (Jean); her granddaughters, Elizabeth, Taylor Dahmen and Katerina; her daughter Terri Michael; her grandchildren, Noah, Colin and Lilla; her daughter Lara Henry; her grandson Kalani; her stepchildren, John Henry, III, Eric Henry, Kyle Henry, Keira Merrill and Jessica Lyver; and also, David and Kyle.

In lieu of flowers, donations to The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation would be greatly appreciated in honor of Pamela G. Henry, for the benefit of her granddaughter Lilla.
