She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Goodwin and Florence Goodwin (Blumenthal). She is survived by: her daughters, Sally Rubinstein (Kelly Unsworth) of Newburyport and Ann Rubinstein (Mary Adèr) of Oakland, CA; her siblings, James Goodwin of Kennebunkport, ME and Andrey Wax (Robert) of Scarsdale, NY; and her stepgranddaughter Rosie Donnelly. She is also survived by three nieces, and a nephew.
