She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert F. Costello and Ruth E. Costello. She is survived by: her siblings, David J. Costello (Stephanie) of Bend Oregon, Robert A. Costello (Andrea) of Medfield and Susan Costello Bryant (Carleton) of Dorset. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
