He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth O'Rourke (Zaccardi); his parents, James O'Rourke and Margaret O'Rourke (McDonough); and his siblings, Catherine O'Connor, Margaret Murphy and James O'Rourke.
He is survived by: his children, Marie (Jeffrey Agnew) of Bedford, NH and John M. O'Rourke (David M. LeBlanc) of Ogunquit, ME; and his granddaughter Melinda O'Rourke of Nashua, NH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in John's memory to the High Pointe House Care of Home Health Foundation, 360 Merrimack St., Lawrence, MA 01843.
