He was predeceased by: his parents, Adin Arden and Marjorie Burrell (Daley); and his brother Robert Burrell. He is survived by: his wife Melinda (Reardon); his children, Tracy, Kim, Bill, Melissa, Jaclyn, Robert and John; his grandchildren, Nick, Brie, Kyle, Dan, Michael, Dylan, Noah, Jack, Padraic, Rylee and Emily; and his brothers, Gerry, Phil, James and Kevin Burrell.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Jack's name to Immaculate Conception Church or St. Jude's Research Hospital.
