She was predeceased by: her parents, George L. Manthorn and Ruth A. Manthorn (Landford); and her husband Henry "Brud" Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Perkins of Newburyport and Kate Sloan of Charlotte, NC; her nephews, Harold, Jack and Larry Boothroyd; and her niece Kathy Boothroyd. She is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
