It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genevieve Tuthill (Newburyport, Massachusetts), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 22, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. McDade and Genevieve McDade (Hayes); and her siblings, John McDade, MD, Congressman Joseph M. McDade and Mary Gene Butler.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph E. Tuthill, MD; her children, J. Mark Tuthill, MD (Linda) of Michigan, Mary Gene Clavin (John) of Newburyport, Betsy Farrell (Tom) of Newburyport and Catherine Batchelder (Bill) of Newburyport; her sister Ann Dwyer of Illinois; and her grandchildren, Dylan, Hadley, Cassidy Tuthill, Morgan Ervin (Tuthill), Abigail, Cassie, Mary Caroline Clavin, Patrick, Maggie, Matthew, Anna Farrell, Will, Callie and Cecelia Batchelder. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren, led her family and friends.
