He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Marshall and Edith Marshall (Clough); and his siblings, Joseph E. Marshall, Jr., Lawrence Marshall, Wayne Marshall and Raelene Piirainen.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Marshall (Kent) of Newburyport; his daughters, Gayla Chase (Stephen) and Julie Williams (Raymond); his grandchildren, Bethany Osborne (Brian), Amanda Chase (Gio DiGiacomo), Christopher Williams and Maggie Williams; his great grandchildren, Lucy and Lila Osborne; his siblings, Lorraine Bear, Gloria Williams, Gordon Marshall (Judith), Sandra Gagnon, Brian Marshall (Najla), Alan Marshall and Andrea Eaton (Bruce); and his sister-in-law Pauline Marshall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Gayden's name to Charity of ones choice.
