He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Blanchard and Mary M. Blanchard (Arsenault); his wife Pauline R. Blanchard (Martineau); and his siblings, John Blanchard and Marie Francoeur.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Jordan of Nevada, Karen Weir of Salisbury, Neil Jordan (Kim) of Ohio and Patti St. Pierre of Newburyport; his grandchildren, Kendall, Amanda, Nicole, Alec, Ashley, Brittany and Christopher; his great grandchildren, Zoey, Skylar, Anslee, Isabel, Finn and Robert John; and his brothers, Joseph and Donald Blanchard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
