It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald A. Batson (Newburyport, Massachusetts), born in Bath, Maine, who passed away on September 12, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Earl. He is survived by: his wife Vera M. Batson (MacPhail); his children, Mark Batson (Sherry) of Billerica, Scott Batson (Marina) of Danville, VA, Sandra Ross (Robert) of Boxford and David Batson (Susan) of Winchester; his brother Carlton Batson; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Fishbein, MD (Ross), Brendan Ward (Lynn), Steven Ross (Riddhi), Kaleigh Ross, William Batson (Tricia), Robert Batson, Scott Batson and Claire Batson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
