He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Foley (Eaton) of Newburyport; his daughter Catherine Ann Foley; his son-in-law Michael Linsky; his grandson Matthew Foley Linsky; his sisters, Irene Collett and Mary Frances Saunders (Hobie); and his friend George Henderson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
