He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Kelley and Beatrice Kelley (Amirault); his wife Dorothy McDermott; his sons, Roger I. Kelley Jr. and Jack "Ripper" Kelley; and his siblings, John D. Kelley Jr., Joseph Amirault, Elizabeth Corkum and Wilfred Kelley.
He is survived by: his children, John P. Kelley (Melody) of Plum Island and Annie Crooks (John) of Seabrook; and his sisters, Nora Harrington of Florida and Lorraine Cook of Ipswich. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Roger's name to the charity of one's choice.
