William Howland Obituary
With solemn reverence, we commemorate William Howland of New Braintree, Massachusetts, born in North Brookfield, Massachusetts, whose life came to an end on August 24, 2024 at the age of 86, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harwood Howland and Persis Howland (Tuttle); and his wife Janice Howland. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Howland (Brenda) of New Braintree, Wendy Langan (Jim) of Oak Hill, Virginia, Karen Howland Walker (Tim) of Northborough and Rob Howland (Suzette) of New Braintree; his grandchildren, Rachel, Tim, Lindsey, Tyler, Kate, Ryan, Jamison and Kayli; and his sisters, Anna Pond of East Longmeadow and Mary Howland. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Miles Funeral Home (1158 Main St, Holden, MA 01520). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the New Braintree Congregational Church (3 Oakham Rd, New Braintree, MA 01531).
