He was predeceased by: his father Christopher D. Clark; and his grandfather Richard Leoni. He is survived by: his son Lucas; his mother Jessica Holmes (Hakenson); his stepfather Steven; his siblings, Ashley Clark, Hailie Carlson (Mason Smith), Frederick Jenoure IV and Joseph Holmes; his grandmothers, Tricia Hakenson and Nancy Leoni; his aunt Chrislyn Hakenson; and his cousins, AJ Brunell, Corey Pryor, Ethan Ayotte and Phoenix Hakenson.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home (12 Hammond St, Worcester, MA 01610).

Memorial contributions in memory of Lucas may be made to either the Second Chance Animal Shelter 111 Young Road East Brookfield, MA 01515 or to the Worcester Animal Rescue League 139 Holden Street Worcester, MA 01606 as a way to honor the love that Lucas had for animals.
