He is survived by: his siblings, Charles C. Arthur, Jr. of New Bedford, Michael Arthur of Leesburg, Virginia and Darlene Trembley of New Bedford; his niece Misty D. Arthur; his nephew Curtis C. Arthur; and his half-sister Sandra.
