He is survived by: his wife Margaret Johansen (Campbell); his daughters, Debra A. Johansen (Douglas Soares) of Fairhaven, Diane L. Arruda (Gilbert) of Fairhaven and Donna M. Hebert (Thomas) of Fairhaven; his granddaughters, Danielle and Nicole Arruda; and his brothers, John Johansen of North Dartmouth, Ronald Johansen of Fairhaven and Ralph Johansen of Norton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
